TSS Saxophone Orchestra

What is this saxophone orchestra workshop about?

[NL] Op 31 Mei en 1 juni gaan we een orkest van 60 tot 80 saxofonisten vormen en daar hebben we JOU voor nodig!

Het maakt niet uit of je amateur bent of conservatorium student en het maakt ook niet uit of je sopraan, alt, tenor of bariton speelt, iedere deelnemer aan de Sax Summit is welkom.

Dit jaar vinden de repetities plaats op de Fontys Hogeschool voor de Kunsten en we gaan samen een aantal muziekstukken instuderen onder leiding van Andreas van Zoelen. Aan het einde geven we een concert op het Pieter Vreedeplein in samenwerking met het TSS saxofoon geselecteerd ensemble (een ander ensemble speciaal voor conservatoriumstudenten en professionals - meer informatie hierover komt snel!).

Dé kans om met andere saxofonisten in contact te komen en te groeien in je samenspel.

Andreas stelt je op je gemak en geeft tussentijds waardevolle tips en aanwijzingen.

[EN] On the 31st of May and the 1st of June we are going to form an orchestra of 60 to 80 saxophonists and we need YOU for that!

It does not matter whether you are an amateur or a conservatory student and it also doesn't matter whether you play soprano, alto, tenor or baritone, every participant in the Sax Summit is welcome.

This year the rehearsals will be at the Fontys Academy of Arts and we will rehearse a number of musical pieces together under the guidance of Andreas van Zoelen.

We will close the afternoon together with the already typical concert at the Pieter Vreedeplein in collaboration with the TSS saxophone selected ensemble (another ensemble specially for conservatory students and professionals - infos coming soon!). The chance to get in touch with other saxophonists and to grow in your playing together.

Andreas will put you at ease and give valuable tips and instructions in between.
